1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Shopwapigo's food and parcel delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services. These terms apply to all users of our mobile app, WhatsApp ordering service (+243837320487), and website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Shopwapigo provides 24/7 food and parcel delivery services across Gombe, Kinshasa, and Limete. We connect customers with restaurants and facilitate parcel pickup and delivery. Our service is available around the clock for your convenience.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders, including your name, contact details, and delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries at the specified location. You must not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through Shopwapigo are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes. Payment must be completed at the time of order or upon delivery, depending on the payment method chosen. We accept cash and mobile money payments.

5. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, and restaurant preparation times. Shopwapigo is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may incur charges depending on the preparation stage. If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately at +243 837 320 487 or info@shopwapigo.com for resolution.

7. Prohibited Items

Shopwapigo will not deliver illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, or any items prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any item at our discretion. Any attempt to send prohibited items may result in account suspension and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shopwapigo acts as an intermediary between customers and restaurants/parcel senders. We are not responsible for the quality of food prepared by restaurants or the contents of parcels. Our liability is limited to the delivery service fee paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Shopwapigo platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Shopwapigo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

Shopwapigo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Services at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our app, website, or email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Shopwapigo services shall be resolved through the courts of Kinshasa.
